Internship Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world marketing and sales initiatives in the automation and security sector. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, and field sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying and generating leads through market research and digital platforms.
2. Support in preparing marketing materials and product presentations.
3. Schedule and participate in client meetings and site visits.
4. Help in managing social media and online marketing campaigns.
5. Work with the sales team to prepare quotations and proposals.
6. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
7. Learn and understand product specifications and solutions.
8. Contribute to planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Interest in technology and automation.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Fluency in English Kannada and Tamil.
7. Own vehicle preferred (for local travel/site visits).

Installation & Fabrication Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installation & Fabrication Technician with hands-on experience in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of entrance automation systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components and the ability to work independently or in a team on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install and commission entrance automation products such as: Sliding Gate Operators, Rolling Shutter Motors, Boom Barriers, High-Speed Industrial Doors, Aluminum Shutters and related systems
2. Perform fabrication and minor civil work as needed for mounting and fitting
3. Conduct on-site measurements, alignment, and system testing
4. Troubleshoot installation issues and carry out minor repairs or adjustments
5. Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and installation guides
6. Coordinate with project managers and clients during on-site work
7. Ensure tools and materials are properly handled and maintained
8. Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness at work sites
9. Provide after-installation support and basic user training to clients

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in entrance automation or a similar field
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
3. Ability to operate power tools and basic fabrication equipment
4. Understanding of motorized systems, control panels, and wiring
5. Willingness to travel to installation sites as needed
6. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Physically fit to handle installation tasks
8. ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience with automation product installations
2. Basic understanding of safety systems and control automation
3. Valid driver’s license or two-wheeler for local travel
